Tip: Management companies send out contracts for you to sign completely, return, and right then, without delay, you should pay the deposit.

Tips about this process:

—You Receiving these documents in your inbox alone does not mean that you have finalized a contract.

—And then signing the contract and sending it back to us does not mean you have finalized the contract. 

We also need a picture of your student ID. and your security deposit. Security Deposits can be paid online

—— SorryWe cannot sign your contract without a paid deposit. Tenant completed and signed contracts are given 3 days to pay the deposit before this contract is opened again for sale to the public.


Tip:  A completed contract is (1) you signing, plus (2) sending in student ID, plus (3) paying your security depositand (4) management signing.


Tip: Check on your deposit payment and make sure it goes through. 


Tip: repeated: be promptWhile you are busy living, the management companies are also sending out packets of documents to other potential tenants.
